A McDonald's worker in Detroit has hepatitis A
by Nathan'ette Burdine: November 29, 2017

This is nasty. According to CBS Detroit , a McDonald’s worker has hepatitis A. That McDonald’s is located at 2889 West Grand Boulevard in Detroit, MI.

Hepatitis A is a virus a person gets whenever he doesn’t wash his hands after wiping his shitty ass. Hepatitis A is the shit virus. Basically, a worker at a local McDonald’s in Detroit possibly infected folks by placing his shitty hands on their food and therefor serving them a number 2 that has his number 2 on it.

The person who has hepatitis A is currently not working at that McDonald’s in Detroit. No one said whether he/she will return after he/she is treated.

I say let whoever the individual is go and work somewhere where not washing his/her shitty hands won’t be a health hazard to folks around him/her.

Recognizing how shitty of a problem this is, the owner of the McDonald’s released a statement. “As a long-time neighbor in the Detroit community, I care very deeply for the health and well-being of my employees and customers,” is what CBS Detroit quoted Errol Service as saying about his shitty problem.

The Detroit Public Health Department wants folks to know that everything is now cool and that it is ok to go back and dine at that McDonald’s. That’s what the Detroit Public Health Department says. I, however, will pass on going to eat at the McDonald’s that had the shitty worker serving folks his/her shit on their food.

That type of image just stays with a person. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), some of the signs that a person may have hepatitis A are feeling tired, not wanting to eat much, and a stomach ache.

Children who are younger than six-years-old will not have any symptoms, or have an “unrecognized infection.”

Vaccination is used to treat a person who has hepatitis A. Hepatitis A is a preventable disease.

All a person has to do is to wash his/her hands after using the bathroom. In other words, don’t be nasty and you won’t get hepatitis A.
